Marco Faraone Wears Wicked
Marco Faraone does not need an introduction in the rooms where Wicked operates. Tuscany-born, Barcelona-based, resident at Florence's Tenax for years, regular at Amnesia Ibiza, Fabric London, Panorama Bar, Elrow events globally — he is one of the most respected Italian DJs and producers working in underground techno and house, with releases on Drumcode, Rekids, and his own UNCAGE label. The kind of career built slowly, from residencies outward, on the quality of the sets rather than on visibility alone.
He started wearing the hand-print T-shirt. That is where it began.
The Piece
The graphic is a large-format hand print — DTG printed on a heavyweight black base, oversized construction, dropped shoulder. The kind of piece that reads differently depending on the context: understated in daylight, something else entirely under club lighting. Marco has been photographed in it at Fabric London ahead of an all-night set in July 2024. At Input Dance Club in Barcelona the same month, in a post announcing a show with his UNCAGE label. At Amnesia Ibiza at the decks alongside Green Velvet in October 2025 — a B2B he described as his first ever, three hours of pure house and techno fusion. The shirt appears in each photograph not as a statement but as a default. It is simply what he is wearing.
The Neo Jacket
For the Amnesia Ibiza grand opening in May 2025 — main room, 02:00 to 03:30 — he wore the Neo jacket. Technical construction, heavy zipper hardware, structured shoulders. A piece built for exactly the kind of presence that an opening slot at Amnesia demands. The images from that night show him standing in front of the Amnesia sign before the show, jacket on, the posture of someone who has played this room many times and is not arriving with anything to prove.
Elrow Romania
The Elrow Romania footage is the most direct document of what this looks like in practice. Marco behind the decks, deep into a set, the hand-print T-shirt visible under the lights. Elrow is not a quiet room — it is one of the most recognizable parties on the global underground circuit, known for its production, its energy, and the quality of the artists it books. The piece holds in that environment without effort. That is the test.
Why This Matters
Wicked is produced in a small atelier in Constanta, Romania. The pieces are made in limited batches, by hand, using processes that don't scale — waterbased dyes, laser engraving, distressing, custom hardware. The brand does not pursue placements. It does not send product to DJs in exchange for posts. What it makes either reaches the right people or it doesn't.
Marco Faraone wearing the same Wicked T-shirt at Fabric London, at Input Barcelona, and at Amnesia Ibiza across fourteen months is not a campaign. It is a piece that found its environment. The underground circuit — the specific world of clubs and residencies and long sets that Marco has built his career inside — is exactly the context Wicked was designed for. Dark, technical, serious about construction. Not interested in broad appeal.
When the work reaches the right room, it stays there.
