Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Wicked33 (WICKED RETAIL SRL). It is offered in addition to your statutory rights under Romanian and EU consumer law, including your right of withdrawal.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@wicked33.com within 14 days of delivery, or by phone/WhatsApp at +40 733 942 533, stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
in their original condition with all tags attached;
returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage cannot be accepted.

How to return an item

Email contact@wicked33.com or message us by phone/WhatsApp at +40 733 942 533 to request a return authorisation. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send items back before receiving authorisation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the value of the returned product(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds normally appear within 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us at contact@wicked33.com or by WhatsApp at +40 733 942 533 within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
